Katz & Associates Signs Deal for 7-Eleven in Brooklyn
Scott Sher Named Exclusive Broker for Manhattan and the Outer Boroughs
Englewood, NJ, July 8, 2019 – Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, is pleased to announce that 7-Eleven recently signed a 10-year lease with Landlord, ACHS Management. The 1,900 square foot store located at 241 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn is set to open by the end of the year. Scott Sher represented the landlord as well as the tenant.
Sher has been named the exclusive broker for 7-Eleven in Manhattan and the Outer Boroughs and is actively seeking high traffic sites. “It is a tremendous opportunity for the tenant and the neighborhood,” said Sher. “7-Eleven will thrive in this location.”
